MiniBus Match Terms of Service
These terms describe an independent sourcing information and coordination service for business buyers.
Service role
MiniBus Match helps buyers organize requirements, identify possible supplier responses, compare quotation scope, and request supporting information. We are not a manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, regulator, certifier, insurer, lender, carrier, or fleet operator.
Quotation and specification limits
Prices, availability, MOQ, customization, lead time, performance, warranty, documents, and delivery terms are not final until confirmed in a current quotation for the exact configuration, quantity, destination, and Incoterm. Family-level material cannot replace exact-model evidence.
Buyer review
The buyer remains responsible for engineering, commercial, legal, import, tax, inspection, registration, safety, environmental, and destination acceptance review. Supplier identity, authority, capacity, and documents must be independently checked before commitment.
No outcome promise
An inquiry does not reserve stock, form a purchase, guarantee a supplier response, establish certification, or promise delivery or savings. Any eligible sourcing benefit remains subject to its stated qualification review.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, or confidential third-party material without authority. Information may be used to evaluate and coordinate the requested sourcing activity.
