A defined buyer-side role
How MiniBus Match Supports Vehicle Procurement
MiniBus Match is an independent sourcing intermediary that organizes mini bus requirements and quotation evidence for business buyers. We do not present supplier history, production capacity, certification, inventory, or approval as our own.

Our work is organized around evidence handoff
The service does not replace engineering, legal, customs, or regulatory review. It creates a traceable structure for buyer questions and supplier answers, then preserves open items for the parties responsible for acceptance.
| Work stage | MiniBus Match coordinates | Buyer or qualified party decides |
|---|---|---|
| Requirement framing | Duty, seating, body, powertrain, ratings, quantity, destination, and documents | Operational priorities, budget, and acceptance criteria |
| Candidate outreach | Consistent brief and request for factory identity and offer scope | Which candidates proceed to commercial or technical review |
| Quotation comparison | Deviations, exclusions, Incoterm, inspection, freight, and evidence status | Commercial risk, selected configuration, and contract terms |
| Evidence handoff | Requested specifications, drawings, exact-model documents, and open questions | Compliance applicability, import, registration, inspection acceptance, and purchase |
Role boundaries in practical terms
Do you build or sell the mini buses?
No. MiniBus Match is an independent sourcing intermediary. A candidate supplier must identify its own legal role, factory relationship, quotation authority, and product evidence.
Do you approve FMVSS, EPA, import, or state registration status?
No. Those questions depend on exact vehicle category, configuration, model year, destination, and the decision of relevant authorities or qualified advisers.
Do you publish market savings or a lowest price?
No. Without current like-for-like evidence, we compare factory quotations and total procurement scope rather than promising a percentage or market-low claim.
What happens when a supplier proposes a substitute?
The substitute is mapped against duty, dimensions, capacity, ratings, powertrain, documents, delivery, and commercial exclusions. Unresolved deviations stay visible to the buyer.
What information does the buyer retain control over?
The buyer defines use, budget, preferred trade-offs, order quantity, destination, inspection expectations, and acceptance criteria, and chooses whether any proposal proceeds.
Give the sourcing process a clear acceptance checklist
Send the duty description, preferred layout, quantity, destination, budget context, and required evidence. We will use it as the comparison frame while leaving technical and regulatory approval with the responsible reviewers.
